FOUR CHRIST CHURCH men charged with spearfishing illegally in the Marine Park
off Folkestone, St. James, were reprimanded and discharged yesterday.

Bryan Forde, 22, of Worthing Main Road, Ricardo King, 29, of St. Lawrence,
Sheldon Jarvis, 19, of Browne's Gap, Sargeant's Village, and Rylan Bushell,
50, of Paradise Village, St. Lawrence, pleaded guilty in the District `E'
Court before Magistrate Clyde Nicholls.

The four had their fishing gear returned to them, but the fish will be donated
to an institution controlled by the Welfare Department.

Court prosecutor was Sergeant Rawle Agard.
