ST. JOHN'S, Antigua -- Antigua and Barbuda's weekly,
opposition-linked Outlet newspaper has called for the suspension of
Agriculture Minister Hilory Humphreys, sentenced to one month in prison
recently for contempt of court.
Humphreys and two officials of a sand-mining company called Sandco Limited
were found guilty of illegal mining in Barbuda, action that violated a court
