IT WAS thumbs up for DaCosta Manning's imported Christmas trees which were inspected by officials at the Ministry of Agriculture on Thursday. Marketing manager Terry Mahon confirmed yesterday that after an inspection by officials, they received the go ahead to sell the trees. Officials were busy inspecting trees imported from farms in Prince Edward Island, Canada, which were discovered with bugs. However, after samples were taken and tested, the trees were given the all clear. Mahon said trees would be available at all DaCosta Mannings branches from today.
